Terms of Service
Draft MVP terms — review before accepting live patient traffic.
Answer Practice provides an AI-assisted front-desk phone service for administrative practice communications. The service is not a medical provider, does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical advice, and should not be configured to collect unnecessary sensitive patient information.
Trial and subscription
The live trial lasts seven days after the practice is placed live. No credit card is required to begin the trial. Continued paid service is $99 per month unless a different written agreement applies. A practice may stop using the service at any time.
Practice responsibility
The customer confirms it is authorized to configure the practice, supplies accurate practice rules and transfer destinations, and remains responsible for clinical decisions, emergency procedures, and the accuracy of operational information supplied to Answer Practice.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, deceptive impersonation, medical diagnosis, or abusive high-volume traffic. Reasonable technical and usage limits may be applied to protect service quality and cost.
AI and calls
The practice controls its greeting preferences subject to legal requirements. If a caller directly asks whether the receptionist is automated or AI, the service should answer truthfully. Required call-recording or AI disclosures may override practice preferences.
